Tom Cottrell Professional Status: Tom has trained with a number of organisations including the Association of Stress Management, the Institute of Hypnosis and Parapsychology and the European Therapy Studies Institute. He is on the Register of UK IBS Therapists. For many years he worked in industry – in sales & marketing – and was also involved in stress counselling and staff management relations. Lynnzie Stirling Professional Status: Lynnzie initially trained as a teacher and then as a social worker and has worked in mental health for many years. She is a CCETSW Approved Social Worker (Under sec.12 of the 1983 Mental Health Act) and is an Accredited Practice Teacher. She also holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and is registered with the UKCP. Lynnzie is Complaints Officer for NHPC and serves on the Ethics committee of the UKCP. Lynnzie has also written widely on the subject of social work and mental health, most notably in 'Advising and Advocacy', Social Working Carter, P; Jeffs, T; Smith, M; (Eds.) BASW/Macmillan, 1994.
